Project of 3 social housing types in 4 plots in the center of Santos. Totally there will be built 500 resident units. The construction of these units will be financed by the Minha Casa Minha Vida program of the Brazilian Government. The buildings will have between 11 and 20 floors with garages in the subsoil level. All of the apartments are accessible for disabled. They have a ground floor area around 50 m², with two bedrooms and each apartment with a little balcony. The architecture language is characterized by simple volumes with little volumes set back to the facade.
