Chácara Bela Vista is a social housing plot with 5.000 inhabitants located inside an isolated area between boulevards with high car traffic. There exists informal commercial boxes which interferes to the legal regularization of the area. The project prevents a implantation of an new commercial building with 50 boxes in a place in front of the existing complex. It will be a simple one floor construction in brick with a metallic roof cover. The corridors in front of the boxes are covered. Some metallic elements with vertical gardens in front of the construction offers a certain weightlessness to the architecture.
