Vertical Social Housing "Santos T"

The project of the 20 floor social housing architecture with 133 apartments in Santos was designed by the office in 2013. The construction is actually in execution by the CDHU (São Paulo State Company of Housing). The construction will be finalized at the the end of 2017. The project was made in the architectural office by the architect Claus Bantel in 2015. Santos has no more place for constructions and so it is necessary to plan vertical social housing.
