SOCIAL HOUSING JARDIM SÃO FRANCISCO - 900 APARTAMENTS / SÃO PAULO / BRAZIL
Social Housing Project with 900 apartments localized at the Jd. São Francisco district, São Paulo. The architectural proposal was to produce a simple and economic social housing with high quality spaces. The building has simple volumes and compact plans. The open corridor becomes a third element and a semipublic space of living. The vertical circulation is a single element and a second volume to the project conception. The colors of the building follows to the vertical and horizontal architectural articulation and contrast to the urban surroundings of the neighborhood.
