Chácara Bela Vista is a social housing plot with 5.000 inhabitants located inside an isolated area between boulevards with high car traffic. The urban revitalization project offers a reorganization of the urban and housing spaces forming separate housing plots. Every plot receives new areas of health and leisure with sports equipment for all ages. The buildings receive a new painting offering a certain composition of colors. Now they have a long distance visibility and a visual identification for their inhabitants.
